Sally Mak is a highly skilled professional with over 15 years of experience in the medical industry as an optometrist assistant and receptionist. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise, Sally plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. As an optometrist assistant, she assists with examinations, conducts preliminary tests, and ensures patients’ comfort. As a receptionist, Sally is the welcoming face of the practice, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing top-notch customer service. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in accounting at NYU Stern School of Business, Vicky seamlessly blends her academic pursuits with her roles as an eyewear fashionista, optometrist assistant, and receptionist. With a strong background in finance, gained through her experience working for various firms, Vicky brings a unique perspective to the eye care profession. Her keen eye for style and extensive knowledge of eyewear trends allows her to assist patients in finding the perfect frames that enhance their personal style. As an optometrist assistant, Vicky ensures the smooth operation of the practice, providing valuable support to both patients and the eyecare team. Simultaneously, as a receptionist, she welcomes patients with warmth and professionalism, managing appointments and delivering exceptional customer service. Irene Li is a highly experienced receptionist and salesperson. Currently a senior at Stony Brook University, Irene is pursuing her degree in Health Science. With a passion for providing exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge of eyewear, Irene has become an integral part of the practice. Her expertise in assisting patients with selecting the perfect frames, understanding insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments has made her invaluable to the team.
